Meet the Staff at Third Phase

Betty Violette and Ruth Thalman are the ministers who are the managers of the center.  They are ordained and licensed by Calvary Ministries International in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

They live at the center and are in charge of a 24-hour-a-day program.

Everything centers on helping women to know Jesus Christ, help them change their self image, teach them basic life skills, and to stop them from wasting away their lives on drugs, alcohol, and violence.

Betty and Ruth are available for every girl's needs around the clock.  We minister to those who have appointments.  We supervise cooking, meals, devotions, and everything it takes to keep the center going.

We minister God's word and have prayer times together.  God does the healing in each life, if the person will give him the time and the opportunity.

Our "logo" is Betty's spiritual description of our center.  Third Phase stands for the God head.  God's healing is for physical, mental, and spiritual needs. 

Our work helps empty, lonely, hurting people, all based on the Word.
